Safety & Age Protection

The Service is reserved for adults who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Age is confirmed at registration through date of birth, and we reserve the right to request additional verification (live selfie, government-issued photo ID) at any time.

We use Yoti Age Verification for access to adult features. Depending on the method available to you, Yoti may check a Digital ID, an identity document or a facial age estimate. Our site receives the result, not the underlying image or document. A completed check adds a verified badge to your profile. More information is in our Privacy Policy and Yoti's privacy notice.

Any content or behavior involving minors, including content exploiting, grooming, or sexualizing minors, is strictly prohibited. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are suspended on the spot. Suspected CSAM is removed immediately, the account is banned, and the incident is referred to:

• The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline where applicable (report.cybertip.org);
• the UK National Crime Agency (CEOP) and, where EU users are involved, Europol;
• INHOPE network partners through inhope.org.

• Selfie verification to confirm real identity;
• 24/7 moderation team reviewing reports;
• Instant blocking and reporting tools from every profile;
• Automated detection of suspicious behavior;
• Encrypted communications (TLS 1.2+ in transit);
• Rate limiting to prevent mass harassment.

We use automated systems, manual moderation and user reports to detect violations.

However, due to the volume of user-generated content, no online platform can guarantee that every profile, photograph or interaction complies with these rules at all times.

Community reporting plays an important role in helping us identify and investigate violations.

If you encounter unsafe content, underage users, or suspicious activity, use the in-app Report button on any profile or message. You may also:

• Email our trust & safety team at [email protected];
• File a DSA notice via our trusted flagger form;
• Contact local emergency services if there is an immediate threat to life (112 in the EU, 911 in the US).

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Severe reports (CSAM, imminent threat) are escalated immediately.
